Jeff fricking Fisher? Who wants to play for that old fart? We need a D Coordinator that can relate to the players and get them energized.

Not a fan of hiring defensive coaches out of work for several years. It's been like 4 years? Especially coming from the NFL level to college.
It's fine if it was for a HC position, but not for DC IMO.

I feel like DC is the most important coach. I wouldn't want to mess around on a guy out of work for like 4 years and who has never coached in college.

He has not been a Defensive Coordinator since 1994. He has never coached in College.

Should look at David Reeves uab defensive coordinator, younger guy good defensive mind was a broyles award nominee in 2018. Has spent the last 3-4 yrs under a good coach like clark.
