There's been numerous jokes made on this board about people overreacting to the results of ONE game, and this dude just took it to another level
Now Saban - the greatest coach of all time - isn't good enough for LSU because of the results of a single game that his team actually WON

I'm not sure which group is crazier - the ones that think Saban could be leaving Alabama to come back to LSU at 70, or the group that claims they don't want him because of the results of one game Saturday. LSU must have some of the dumbest posters on the planet

I THINK he has a special team next year. Returning a lot of defensive and offensive players. I don’t think he’d leave Alabama at this point. Had they gone after him after Miles who knows but at this point I think he coaches for four more and he’s done.

That’s an interesting theory.
To me I don’t see saban being capable of dialing it back however, and imagine he’s very much stilling running the machine he built.
As far as time, he had bama in the sec championship year 2 and national championship year 3. Not to mention our rival and biggest obstacle would be taking a major blow, I think it would take him no time.

I was pondering this the other day and this was the exact number I came to. It’s outlandish, totally worth it, and makes Alabama do very uncomfortable things. It’s a win even if he says no.
