Why would a guy making $9.5M keep $100K to be split among other employees? Idiot if true and deserves to lose the gravy train.

Sounds like BS. If an organization disperses $1k bonuses in this manner much less $100k they got what they deserved.

A lot organizations apportion bonuses to a team with manager discretion on how it’s divided amongst the team.
