That’s a shock. He’s 1 year in and had made some massive changes and I know fans had complained. He might have gotten tired of it
Who the hell does McNeese go after it true? They can only pay 150-175k
They are on a 1 year postseason ban

The Lance Guidry stench remains.
The local fanbase and their “traditions” are pretty much at fault here too. Want nothing but a “McNeese” guy and want nothing to do with people that ever came from outside the program.
I used to follow McNeese pretty religiously, but these people and some of the things they’ve done have really turned me away.
Shame.

Why don’t they just hire Cutrera and get it over with

Agree 100%. He changed some minor things and they bitched and bitched and never fully accepted him.
He probably just finally threw his arms up and knew they will never be pleased.

Nepotism is a hell of a drug. It's the reason why most places are run by the inmates because the vision of the leadership is so small time and limited.

Rob Sale?
That’s McNeese’s problem is they have no money and can’t pay. Sale was making 500k+.
They can’t pay more than 150-175k

I went to a game for the first time in years this past season and loved it.
Beer, sitting on the mound where the hedges used to be. It was great.
But yeah, people in LC don’t like change. Especially people who think they are hot shite for knowing a few others at McNeese.

Their best bet would be Tim Leger, WR coach UL
Have to pay him 200k

Sale has hitched his wagon to Billy Napier. Don’t think he would be interested in that job when he could go coach in the SEC soon

Ain’t no way Sale is going to leave what he has going with Napier at UL to enter that McNeese shitshow.

MSU had an opening and didn't go there with Napier? It maybe a while for a new opening in the SEC.

Napier turned down Mississippi State because there will be better openings soon. If not, he’ll make more as an OC here than he would as head coach at McNeese with no real upward mobility.

As a mcneese grad, I would love to get sale but it isn't happening and we deserve everything we get until the whole kickoff club or wtf ever it's called is put in its place.
