Yes good thing LSU finished 9-3 and forth overall in the SEC and have a chance for a 10 win season

I pray Jimbo goes to A&M. It will be glorious to watch him pass on LSU twice and shite the bed in College Station. 10-10 in his last 20 ACC games, good luck in the SEC

Come on down Kendall Briles. If he's too tainted, gimmie Gilbert, Enos, or Brian Wright

You are stupid if you think this will not hurt LSU next year if he leaves. I can hear the excuses now.

What about Helfrich or Cumbie?

Either would be awesome. Cumbie would be a home run imo

Helfrich would probably be a value buy, imo, since he isn't coaching anywhere atm.

Not sure if he wants the pressure of turning around the LSU offense though. His sportscaster gig is probably pretty cake.

You do realize Canada was at LSU for only one year right and had one year to implement his offense?

He is obviously impatient or an A hole. Not sure. However, trying to be with his fourth program in four years doesn't look good.

sometimes if you an issue with a coach, that coach can be an A hole. if you continue to have an issue with multiple coaches, maybe you need to look in the mirror. Maybe the issue isn't them. Just a guess.

Well if you feel that you’re being hamstrung and cannot run the offense you were enabled to run upon your hiring, one could argue that will hinder your career just as bad.

Yes I realize that which means year two would be even better. You think it's positive to learn a new system after one year?

You are way too insecure, bah. Football is a production game, and Ensminger produced last year, and was once the hot OC. Jimbo is going to be a high priced bust - mark my words, and O is going to build a great team now and in years to come. The biggest problem we had early on, and off and on through the year, was Canada's offense. I want him gone, and would be OK with Ensminger.

Yeah well when you ran a campaign on hiring the best coordinators in the country and then hire Steve before year two of the regime...well that’s not good

Why didn't he say that then? He was so forth coming on Canada possibly seeking other employment, why be cryptic about that?

So some of you dumbfricks can take wild guesses about his meaning, I guess. Damn, he was answering a hypothetical question in short form like most coaches. Maybe Canada leaves, maybe he doesn’t but there was nothing there to read in to.

I guess if he can get a team like Rice to 8-4, someone bigger might hire him.

Guys like Jim McElwain had to go to Colorado State to prove they could handle a program as a head coach.

But then again, Muschamp, Smart, and now probably Pruitt all went straight from coordinators to head coaches at pretty major programs.

Seems like he could stay here another year, get paid double what Rice could pay him, and end up getting a much better job than Rice.

I guess Orgeron and Canada are ready for a mutual parting of ways.

No you're 100% wrong on this. The makeshift O-line,Ed O meddling in an offense he shouldn't have, and Ed O playing nice with all his players is what our biggest problems were. Minus the o-line, the other issues have been mostly resolved.

Remember all those points Ensminger put up against Alabama? Yeah me either. Canada can actually scheme to beat teams like Bama. O promised us the best coordinators. He has two of them right now. How would Ensminger fit that bill?

The shifts and movement seemed to work pretty decently towards the end of a season. It takes time to adjust to any offense or defense, must less a drastic change like this.

If you can't get along with multiple head coaches, one whom fired you after a good season, you have an insubordinate issue. How are you going to work with an A.D.? How are you going to handle the guys under you?

I like Canada's offense. Hope he stays, with that said, his issue was before LSU. Hope he finds patience and maturity.

The exception being Gus Malzahn at Arkansas. Broyles made Nutt hire him to run the offense, Nutt shite on him and Malzahn moved on to Arkansas St. then Auburn.
