As an LSU fan I too would prefer a “shite or get off the pot” ultimatum from Ole Miss, because LSU continues to feel like they’re firmly in the Lane race. I can’t carry on dreaming Lane is the guy if he isn’t

Ole Miss is doing LSU and Florida a solid, to be honest. Either he extends or it’s narrowed to 2, and the timeline shrinks significantly if it’s narrowed.

The problem with that is if we don’t keep him, our options are very limited when looking for a new coach
Not saying it's ideal, but the last five years CLEARLY shows it's worth it.

If he stays, Ole Miss will just have to do this all over again next year.

Part of the rumored sticking point is OM is trying to increase his buyout for leaving up to $15-20 mil - which in theory would add stability and prevent this song and dance from occuring every single year.

which would mean he's doing great. That's much much better than the alternative

Absolutely terrible parts and service departments.

Good luck getting Sexton to agree to that. OM, LSU, and Florida have zero leverage.

This wasn’t quite my experience. Our fleet manager had me take my old company vehicle in to one of his dealerships for an issue I was having with the panoramic sunroof. It went back in over a dozen times for the same issue and was never repaired correctly. When I talked the fleet folks into sending it to another dealership, it was fixed on the first try.
