Not possible. You can’t prohibit a person from negotiating for a new job.
This isn’t the NFL where there is a union and tampering rules.

No, we don’t.
While there are windows when they can actually leave, there is no limit on when they can decide to leave and start looking at other teams. Many of them have already agreed to transfer to new schools and have the money negotiated on the first day of the portal opening.
Also, the players are not employees….yet
