lsut81....my partners wife just confirmed terry has been house hunting in Austin. She is a high end realtor. Trying to find out if they did in fact close or enter a contract or any other detail

I'd imagine the contract would have needed to be put in place first week of November if true. Week of Thanksgiving would have pretty much shut down all processing.
