I don't believe the closing bs either... But Neither Terry nor Nick would need to be there to close on a house. Their people likely have POA and could easily do it for them.

Every other thread on our sites were "my friend's dad is heavily involved with the AD and......" or "hearing from my sources that a big push was started for Gruden last night according to the toilet paper I wiped my arse with this morning"
Also it's a shame this board missed out on the parts where people said that Gruden wanted to be our coach but our AD didn't want him bc he wants to much control but Haslems do OR they would say Gruden wanted the job and Hart wanted him but the school president Cheeks didn't want him
It was all hilariously confusing I assure you

I closed on my current home while I was literally on the other side of the planet (on honeymoon in Australia)
