You know that means Coach O sticks around for years right?

So it would seem, until you look at the reasoning. Football is the only way to get out of that shithole of a state, and therefore all those recruits leave immediately

10-15 all time is mediocre? Pick your site and ranking system, thats where lsu was ranked all ltime pre 2000 and saban

I remember pretty vividly what happened to Arkansas's "National Championship Contender" team in 2012 when we hired an interim. The team mailed it in. I would be surprised if this doesn't happen to LSU as well.

Not this time. Advocate said that Orgeron brought in a big rope to speak with the team on Sunday. Entire team pulled on rope together to show they are all pulling the same direction now.

He pretty much cemented the HC job with this demonstration of unity. There will be no collapse under coach O.

If that's true, then what does that make Arkansas? Dumpster dweller?

Doubt it. In the emotional aftermath and turmoil of losing their beloved coach, it would not be surprise for the Tigers to let down and lose. Hope not. Hope they send Mizzou packing with an arse-whipping. We shall see.

This thread isn't about Arkansas.

But I will say that LSU fans are fricking crazy if they think that LSU is going to amount to shite after firing their head coach and offensive coordinator. What's LSU going to do? Line up and intimidate the other teams into giving up on account of all their 5* talent? Real life doesn't work that way, guys. LSU is about to spiral out of control.

You say this:

quote:

But I will say that LSU fans are fricking crazy if they think that LSU is going to amount to shite after firing their head coach and offensive coordinator.

But then say this:

quote:

LSU is about to spiral out of control.

So one extreme is fricking crazy, but the other isn't? There's absolutely no middle ground here whatsoever?

I am so annoyed with how this played out, LSU will use this excuse for the next 10 years as to why they couldn't beat mizzou

ETA and troll LSU...I'm bumping a post I made last week. "LSU's problem here is that Auburn is going to throw everything including the kitchen sink at them. Auburn is DESPERATE for a home win, having lost the last SIX SEC home games in a row. At some point something has gotta break. These coaches are literally coaching for their jobs this weekend, and Auburn is at home. I normally would give the edge to LSU anyways, but I have almost no respect for their football program, their fans, their coaches, their state, etc. Auburn wins."

Let's make a bet on Mizzou beating LSU then guru.

I guarantee you LSU not only beats Mizzou, they beat them bad. LSU isn't Arkansas, and Coach O isn't John L Smith.

And you are dumb for comparing those two coaches.

I'll take whatever bet you like.

If LSU beats Missouri by 11 or more you win, if LSU beats Missouri by 10 or less or loses then I win.

What are we betting for? Bans? Sig? King cake?

Hey man don't be mad at me that we have a top 3 program. A majority of ESPN analysts believe so.

Well, based on his performance as Interim HC at USC, I'd say the evidence supports your position. I agree with you.
