We will send you Riley, Grinch, Bedenbaugh, our OLine, and receiving corp for 1 bowl of 2 day old shrimp gumbo and nothing more, and we will feel we made the best of the trade. You are no more disappointed in not getting him than I am I’m not losing him.

Jokes aside…I get his point. OU was 10-2, but played way too many shootout type games against bottom 1/3 P5 opponents.
My concern with Riley wasn’t that his defenses were soft and his team didn’t dominate (which is true). It is what it is. My concern is it would cost $12.5M to get him here and what do we do if he peaks at 9-3? We could likely get similar results out of Napier for 1/3 the price.

Hahaha! Your coach doesn’t believe in defense and refused to shut down the rumors before the game allowing a distraction to cost you a loss to an instate rival, the conference championship and a shot at the playoffs. Good luck in the SEC with no defense!

Napier? Florida, Campbell? Staying at Iowa St, Stoops? Even though he’s a Stoops that doesn’t equate Stoopid. Man I can’t wait until we move to the SEC, SEC, SEC, you guys are a riot. If I told you I have it from our AD that we’re coming in 2022 would you take that and run with it just like you have every other rumor some stupid LSU fan comes out with until you convince your simple mind it has to be true because you read it on the Rant? Always look at the board. Today would either be Aranda day or Rhule day.
Throughout this whole search, every day has had a different guy pumped until this past week.
