So many of these dipshit house rumors have him buying way out in Lakeway. Pshhhh...laughable. Lakeway is a good 50 minutes away and full of methheads. Just because it's on a lake don't make it Shang-ri-la folks.
Lake Austin, right next to town has some really, really nice houses on it. I could see him there, in Westlake, or the Barton Creek or Bee Cave areas. Limit your searches to these areas, idiots. Doubt he wants to live as close as Tarrytown or Rollingwood so leave those off.
