this thing is so coordinator dependent. as others have said it's nothing more than a house of cards. as long as canada and aranda are here and O leaves them alone i will feel fine. but is that any way to run a program? in a few years when they both are gone what then? O will have to hit a grand slam to keep the machine going.

How is it any different than anywhere else? LSU is paying the staff top dollar. Coordinators are one of the keys for any program. At any level of football you need to have competent coordinators and if you have shite coordinators they should be replaced. How many different coordinators has Bama gone through in recent years? Coaches come and go...look around man, LSU is in a good spot compared to many others.

Both coordinators are still in place and you guys are dreaming of doomsday scenarios. With the amount of money LSU is paying another good OC will come here. A good DC will come here. '19 recruiting is top notch and I have zero reason to believe that '18 signing day won't be good.

You guys are always trying to create the next narrative.

It's time to quit shitting this place up. Most threads turn into ones littered with false narratives. The mouth breathers and window lickers need their own "Special Ed" board to gather where they can circle up and play weenie tug.

its condemning when 3 games in you come to the realization you hate his offense and want to totally change what makes his offense go

He didn't hate the offense
Canada wanted to run tempo and 4-wide
3 of our 5 best DL were out so running tempo was not a good idea and do you think we had 4 receivers early in the year that we could trust?

Name 1 big time program that is dependant on having the best coordinators possible because the head coach is not even qualified for the spot he is above

Well Bama has the goat head coach whereas we have a guy who Syracuse wouldn't even bother with.

Name me one team in the top 10 you think O could be the head coach for. Top 25? Lol. None

What do we have, like the #15 class right now?

So you are a window licker then?? Got it.

Well, the mouth breathers are at least supportive to the inevitable change that was required to get LSU trending in the right direction. If you can't get onboard jump the frick off, IMO. I hope you don't have your floaties on around your ankles.

Overall, this was the best season since 2013. I had a lot of fun and look forward to the December signing day, January bowl game and the February signing day. A lot to be proud off and be excited about.

I'm looking at it in reality,
obviously without taking into account sos, which i pointed out to you. you can cite the records all you want but, you're not acknowledging where lsu's schedule stands in relation to other schedules.

Thats Orgeron's MO
like you even know what his "mo" is. he's only been the head coach with his own staff and his own players for one season for crying out loud and lsu continually trended upwards as the season went on. but keep up the narrative

OL was a mess at best
this is what people don't understand. once the staff got this straightened out, the offense trended upwards.

Is Canada the best OC in football??

I've never said LSU is dependent on having the best. I said we are paying top dollar so, who gives a shite? I said, every team has coordinators and if they aren't worth their salt they get replaced. If you have a terrible OC/DC then you're probably gonna have a bad year unless your talent carries you.

I'll play along though, you want to look around and draw parallels to every other "big time" program. Look at Clemson in 2008. Dabo was a recruiter and position coach. It's worked out well for them, wouldn't you say? It took them a little longer than it will take LSU.

Be a Bama fan then whinny arse. Saban left us, get over it or go join them.

He seems to be doing a pretty good fricking job so, I will say all of them.

"We" are in the top 25 and 9-3 (6-2). He is "our" coach whether you like it or not. If you don't like it, jump! We won't hold it against you that you don't have chest or nuts to hang around and see what happens. That you would rather hide under the table and shite your pants.

You hairy snatch boys, trip me out! Keep doubting the inevitable! This class will close strong and next year will be unbelievable.

It's because they are either morons or they frickin' refuse to.

I was not a big fan of the O hire and it looked pretty grim for him/us out of the gate but, the dude pulled it together and kicked arse doing it. The momentum is building and it has been fun ride this year.
