I hate to say it...but I think he's gone.

I think he stays. I think he wants to make the move but the timing isn't right and realizes what he's building here.

No way he doesn't get an offer. There is nobody more suited for that job than him. And I'm not sure Carr's supposed dislike will keep them from offering, especially when Miles will have plenty of support from former players and maybe some boosters.
He can very well accept the job and Skip very well may let him coach. Or he may want that job bad enough to leave for UM when we'd be playing for a national title. Who knows....there are so many scenarios that can happen.
It's unlikely, but they very well may wait until after the BCS title game to talk to him.

Gone if offered, regardless of potential 1.5M less offered by UM in contrast to a possible 3.5M stipulation of BCS crown paycheck by LSU..but think UM will pick Kelly or someone else.

Off like a prom dress!!! If he wasn't going-he would have already stated he wasn't leaving....UM is waiting to see how the NC picture plays out-if LSU loses either against ARK or the title game-he will move on then...if LSU makes the NC game-he leaves after that...he's going-no doubt!!!
