I disagree. I think Les now realizes with the ice cold prospects of getting a new HC job, that he would have to be radical in updating his offense. He was bullheaded. If he gets a twilight shot and good job like AZ, I think he would bring in a guy like Freeze and probably another fallen angel like Pellini for defense. No doubt that he can recruit, and would have a good shot at success.

I actually feel like if he did get a job again he would change elsewhere with a fresh start but you have every right to feel that way
