For all you guys that are freaking out and hanging on an annoucement, cool it. Here is the right process to make changes to DC and OTHER position coaches. I have hired many managers and it is about the same as you do it in business.
- invite coaches to interview
- repond to coaches who want to interview
- interview a target list
- Get verbal agreement
- other staff decisions - i.e Sec, LB, DL coaches
- Make formal offer - accept in wiritng with skeleton contract conditions
- Make annoucment - hopefully for the majority of coaching changes on the staff at once.
Doing this correctly is more than firing two guys and hiring one guy. We will get a good DC.

well, honey hush. we have an HR manager in our midst. holmes, most of the curious in here have an idea how the executive hiring protocol works. They just want the end result. Don't be so condescending
