I obviously haven't followed Kiffin personal life rumors that closely. But what is with all the coed jokes about Kiffin? Truth to all this or what's the story?

It's not just male college coaches cheating nor is it limited to football.
Coaches attending club tournaments\coaching conferences often hook up with each other and in many cases choose tournaments based on the "talent" of other coaches attending.

He supposedly drunkenly crashed a leased Lexus full of co-eds during his glorious but short tenure in Knoxville.
One Reddit poster also claimed that she was at a bar in Tuscaloosa, and Lane introduced himself as Joey Freshwater before he started hitting on her.
Lane made some pretty interesting comments about this phenomenon recently. He basically that if a pretty girl comes up and asks to have her picture taken with him, he has 2 choices:
1. Say no and be known as a dick head.
2. Say yes and wait for it to get posted all over the internet.
