I'd have to imagine they've already talked if Arkansas has any interest in him. Clearly he's not their top choice and I wonder if any big program will touch him as long as he's acting such a fool all over twitter.

This would be a terrible move for Kiffen. He is an urban environment type of guy ($5 million house with a Boca boat), and will not gel well with calling the Hogs, and would not hang around long. If Taggert goes to FSU, Oregon is a fit (Eugene is not urban either), but not redneck like Pig Town.
