I’m not saying kiffin is the guy, but for LSU you need a personality and leader to get asses in those seats. Step by step for LSU right now getting a coach, getting excitement, getting recruits, getting fans, winning games. Lane is a guy who checks all that.

I agree with you and he wasn’t even in my top 3 when this started. I’m learning though that my top 3 don’t want to come here. Lane’s proven and wants LSU so you take the risks. What choice does Woodward have? Stoops and Jimbo will not work for LSU fans.

Didn’t want Lane but frick it I’ll ride. It’s a massive risk but at least it has upside and will be entertaining no matter what.

Kiffin was a dumbass a decade ago, but he has matured. I don’t see anything since Kiffin took the FAU job that really makes me dislike him as a person.
