New account less than a month old.... checks out to be a solid and reliable source.

Hell, I'm more confident than ever now. I might just mortgage the house and bet on Lane being announced NLT Monday at midnight. Just in case all these source and insiders are off by the announcement time on Monday or the day not being today, but actually Monday.

I’m not preventing you from posting. Your involvement in this is just sad to me.

It’s ok. I would be salty too if the last time my team was relevant was when Seinfeld was still making new episodes.

I am not at all connected on the LSU side, so being "deaf" to that part of it definitely could be true.

From what I've heard from the UF side and a bit from the Ole Miss side they think its UF and have consistently thought that, and if its not its because he had a chance of heart and stays at OM. Some of the tea leaves dropping and the general way this whole thing has gone has only backed that up for me. UF insiders told to keep quiet last night, then their meeting from last night comes out this morning before Lane's meeting with OM. I think Lane asked Florida to keep things low key to maximize the chance OM lets him coach in the playoffs. All of this recent stuff about LSU to me is Jimmy Sexton trying to get as much as he can out of UF.

Some of that is based off things I've been told from pretty connected people at UF, some of that is my personal read of it as a neutral observer (though from a competition standpoint I would rather Lane go to LSU or stay at OM personally).

Believe it, don't, doesn't bother me either way.
