Runs one of the best offenses in the big 12 and does this with whoever does not get picked up out of Texas by other top tier schools.

he's not leaving tech, he played there, he's from texas, his dad is a hs coach in texas, ect. he's also unproven, so it would be a risky hire.

No fricking way.. Pays no mind to what lsu football should be.. Our struggles lately are as much on the offense as they are in a lack of quality up front on defense.. When we are at our best, we have great DT play

So pair him up with a great DC hire. Then we can have a defense which is good not excellent and an offense which can score at will on most teams

I wouldn't just love it if Chip Kelly were hired, but at least he is proven. KK hasn't accomplished anything approaching Saban at MSU. He took over an MSU program hobbled from probation and out-recruited Michigan. That doesn't seem insane now, but it certainly did back then. Michigan was still a power at that time, but Saban beat them and had a better record his last year at State. He also had a bad arse defense his last year.
KK hasn't recruited off the charts at Tech, and hasn't piled up notable wins against better in-state rivals. The resumes aren't similar.

Not sure about that. Saban was turning down NFL head coaching jobs before he even came to LSU. Kingsbury is not at that level.

Hell no. His personality works at a school like texas tech. In my opinion, he couldn't handle a school like LSU. You need to be 100% business, or have the zen factor going to even make it. Kingsbury has neither. He's just a slapdick just having fun being a HC. LSU needs a guy who knows X's and O's AND knows how to manage people.
