Would somebody with a kinesiology degree explain to this guy how the S&C program done correctly can help abate injuries, but done incorrectly could increase risk of tissue and tendon injury? I'm not in the mood.

I'm guessing you push people too hard they get slight tears and stress fractures that lead to worse injuries on the field.
