Yeah, until you get offered to be the head coach at LSU. You want to coach at Arizona State for the next 25 years of your life when you're 35?

Too much of a gamble. Would prefer Sheppard if we are going to roll the dice a little.

When you love Arizona state…probably. This dude grew up out there and loves it. Louisiana would be the exact opposite of what he is familiar with and apparently loves.

Yall can’t tell me he doesn’t have the Potential to be the football version of Jay Johnson

Dilly is a hybrid Jay Johnson/Will Wade.

No thanks. Anyone after Kiffin is a loss. It’s been 5 years since we won. We need to shoot for the sky. Give Kiffin everything he wants and needs. You don’t get a second chance in greatness and if we settle for “could be” then we deserve not to win a Championship. That is the GOAL. National Championship. Not playoffs. Let’s forget HIM.

Brian Kelly went 10-4, 10-3, 9-4 and was 5-3 w/losses to the current #3, #6, and #16 teams and was then fired for refusing to make mid-season staff changes. The Governor of Louisiana then went on TV declaring no coach is getting a big deal to bring them over and then proceeded to have his cronies search for ways to weasel out of paying Kelly's full contract.

Yeah, I think a LOT of coaches would rather stay at their current school for the next 25 years than risk having their career blown up by the current yahoos running the shite show in Red Stick.

Of course would prefer Kiffin over Dillingham. This is assuming Kiffin doesn't happen. In which case, what realistic candidate would you prefer over Dilly? He should be at the top of the list after Kiffin.

Some of yall clearly didn’t learn a damn thing from the Brian Kelly disaster. Getting a proven big time coach doesn’t at all GUARENTEE success when will some
Of yall fricking learn this ??? Lane kiffin a damn good coach esp on offense but you are foolish to act like his resume was as proven as BK’s resume in 21 that would be serious revisionist history. BK not panning out should’ve taught some fans to be open to the hungry up and comer younger coach. Instead we have some morons who still ar being close minded and only wanna look at big names only it’s ridiculous
