Joe Brady is NOT a college coach.
I think he was clumsily trying to say it is well noted that he does not want to be a college coach. His goal has always been and still is to be an NFL coach.

Joe Brady being in charge of the offense would recruit itself. You can tell every offensive recruit to look at 2019

I would go with Kelvin, mostly because he's an alum and would be totally bought in and not looking for a step up.
But, they are both getting NFL HC jobs soon, so the question is moot.
