Functional people understand that every coach he’s hiring/ will hire is probably wrapping up singing day with their current employer AND prepping for a bowl game right about now.

Dude most schools give bonuses to their coaches for playing in bowl games. They are going to let them earn those bonuses then you will see more hirings and firings after the bowl games with asst coaches. So chill out.

The HC hire apparently taught them nothing about patience, or that they are completely in the dark as to the hiring process.
I don’t know when these guys contract terminations are. Maybe Kelly is retaining staff through NSD to finish the class. Maybe he has guys in mind he is bringing in that are under negotiation. Probably a combo of both.
Kelly has a guaranteed 10 year contract. Get used to him

He hired a very competent staff at his last two jobs. He’ll do the same here. He’ll he can pay a lot more for them here. I’d rather him wait and take his time and get it right.
People with comments like this are the same ones panicking and complaining when the search for the head coach was being done.
Just because you weren’t being told day by day what was going on doesn’t mean the right things aren’t being done. The head coach decision worked out perfectly and so will the assistants.
This is how it should be done vs every single time we even call someone to gauge their interest it’s leaked. Do you remember how stupid we looked last year when looking for coordinators and every day so I was leaked.
