But runs an offense that is substantially similar to that for which Miles was fired.

it wasn't a spread or wide open offense, but ND was effective on offense, particularly with Ian Book there.

Besides, Kelly will move to more of a wide open offense at LSU because he can recruit much better athletes.

in what world?

Jesus even if his ND offenses were more balanced and TE heavy, the guy also has a history of running uptempo 4-wide schemes

Miles took over a stacked program and mostly maintained it. Kelly took over a dumpster fire and rebuilt the program and got them to the playoffs multiple times. That's a ridiculous comparison.

BK is a really good coach I'm just not sure what all the players think about him and being able to relate to these kids is big nowadays.

Not fricking hardly. He has success against a weak arse schedule year in and year out. He would not have that success in the SEC. Some of you are beyond ignorant.

He will be coaching SEC athletes here. No more handcuffs from high academic requirements and all that nonsense.

This same thing was said about Saban when he was hired.

Maybe some of you dipshits need to take a break from football since it stresses you out so much.

Let the adults handle it, we got it.

I mean, ND is on TV every week. It's crazy how many people have no fricking clue what they run but hear "he used 2 TE's" so they immediately think he's running heavy formations. Watch the Stanford highlights from last week below. He runs a multiple spread with RPO, HB's across the middle out of the backfield, twin back sets, pistol, etc. He lines up his TE's in the slots a ton because he has really good TE's that are big and physical and complete mismatches against Nickels and Safeties. I know it's a tough concept to understand considering the last 17 years but we finally have a coach that will use the talent he has in whatever way he can.

Educate yoself, fool. ND vs Stanford from 11/27

dude, most of the rant is football dumb. they have been exposed for ages. so many have no clue what a 9 route is, a smash concept, ACE big formation, what a counter trey is or a 5 technique.
