I want to believe. Doesn't really make sense to me why you would wait until Wed to announce if it is a done deal or why he would publicly state that if he signed a NDA to keep things quite. My intuition says if this is true that Scott said after Riley burned us "give me until Wed, Ill have my guy". Or hell maybe I'm just too cynical and he did have some master plan all along that will be demystified in the next couple of days.

Ok I was 25 so hold your judgment but my wife claims I got pretty hammered that night and pulled down the shower curtain and fell asleep in the bathtub. Seems like a lifetime ago thankfully

I’ve moved on from Riley to now wanting Fickell.. I feel like today would have been a horrible time to announce the deal so waiting til Wednesday sort of makes sense..

I’m not sure who he was referencing signed the non disclosure. Justin Vincent or the new hire. If the new hire has been in place for awhile then to stop any potential leaks until the press conference. It almost came across as JV has signed a non disclosure so nobody close to the program that knows can leak it.

Both Cano and Vincent work for TAF can’t imagine they’d be ok with them dropping this on a Sunday night show hardly anyone listens too

I want Kiffin. LSU needs to change the shitty offensive culture that they have had outside of 2019. He would come in and immediately change that. I know he's kind of a loose cannon and i'm sure the higher ups want to get away from that after going from Miles to Orgeron, but he would kill it here. We desperately need a QB whisperer.
