FSU should hold steady on the salary on their and so should we. We are the only 2 schools pursuing him at the time.
Make him make a choice instead him playing all sides. If he is just using us for another raise it wouldn't work. If he's leaving anyway, he'll leave with what we already offered. Or, go get Herman for the same thing.

I want to be the executive chef of a great restaurant but you can bet your arse if a group of owners contact me tomorrow with an offer I'm going to have a counter offer to try to leverage more money, resources and freedom from them

Even if the offer is very good and their is a younger plan B standing beside you?
