That motherfricker isn’t anywhere close to being 1B. He doesn't suck, but he doesn’t look anything like a coach capable of winning a title. He actually looks a lot like a more offensive-minded version of BK- one side of the ball is always behind. This year it’s their defense.

UT has been mismanaged and made several bad hires. Other programs rising up also put a damper on their recruiting for a while. But NIL is perfect for them and he has still struggled to maintain a balanced roster. Again, it’s one of the same issues we’ve been dealing with the last 3 years.
He’s also supposed to be a QB guru and he’s had one great one and one good one. Nico wasn’t anywhere close to what he was advertised to be (or UT paid for) and Milton was terrible. That’s not great.
