Its a strange hire. He’s not believed to be ready. Elite recruiter though. Probably makes it likely UM gets Julian Fleming.

Bama sure has gone through a ton of coaching turnover the last several years. Sooner or later that is going to catch up to Saban.

Alabama has went through it for 12 years under Saban. There has not been an off-season without at least two new assistants.
