Not as big of a blowup as the Aggie football team

Those are the worst back channels in TD history.

Do you guys actually want Gruden or is this just fodder/discussion?

Can’t it be both?

Stephen Hargis, Chattanooga Times Free Press, was interviewed by Finebaum this afternoon.

He said sources (Blackburn, potential coaching staff Gruden has contacted, among others) indicate that since Butch was fired, a push is underway to clear hurdles in getting a deal done soon with Gruden.

He said Gruden is trying to ensure he can assemble a coaching and support staff that gives him high confidence in quickly getting up to speed on college rules, recruiting, coaching and achieving success.

Hargis said the odds have risen subtantially this week to perhaps even 50/50 that Gruden may become UTs next coach.

Just heard that on the podcast. Anyone know how legit Hargis is?

He seemed fairly confident with the info he got from his sources.

He's legit, but he did say, multiple times, that this doesn't mean Gruden is gonna be the next coach.

Just means that footballscoop and SECCountry are full of shite with their articles yesterday.

Dawg fans will tell you with goo reason that the bulk of SECCountry folks are contrarian hacks on the AJC payroll.

Hargis is the sports editor of the timesfreepress, Chattanooga's paper. He would def be worth listening to. Blackburn was UTC's AD.
He'd know as much as anyone in the media

Ole boy put CP3 in his handle when he joined because Chris Paul was the star of the then new Orleans hornets. Only to then have chris paul demand a trade from the hornets a few years later because he hated new Orleans and Louisiana in general
