Yea I don't know why he has any credibility.
Chip Kelly's is more likely to be at the bottom of the list than the top of Joe Schad is saying he's at the top

as much as I would love to see what he could do with our talent on offense, it is widely reported how much Chip hates dealing with boosters and recruiting, etc.

I couldn't argue against that. If he's leaving Philly I think he will try his hardest to stay in the NFL. If USC can't sell him on that job; I could see him at a small school. He seems he would like a Patterson/TCU situation.
