Being a “good” NFL OC has basically everything to do with who is the QB? Ask the teams who hired Nathaniel Hackett and Josh McDaniel and didn’t get Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady in the deal.
Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers made more OC geniuses in Green Bay and complete failures elsewhere than Matt House gives up TDs.

That's at every level. That's my point. This board has tried to make Brady out to be some offensive savant of 2019. That roster was one of the greatest ever assembled and HE WASN'T EVEN THE OC.

Buffalo looks the same as Carolina 2021 at this point. Their offense is a mess and Allen leads the league in INTs. He's just not good this year. Brady isn't a QB whisperer.

They see something in him that they like enough for the position. Hope he does well

It was pretty much the reality. The 2019 offense looked much different than 2018 due to Brady's influence.

He should have Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, Marshall, Clyde, Moss, etc., on his permanent Christmas card list.

Ensminger doesn’t get near enough credit for that 2019 Offense

Why didn't Ensminger run that offense in 2018? Seems like it may have been a good idea with the success of 2019.

Well, why didn't Denbrock run this offense last year? Why did he not let Daniels break records last year?

There were videos posted on this board and during games that year of the same plays being called in 2018 & 2019 only Burrow was making different reads at a MUCH quicker rate. We know that Brady came in and worked with the WRs and installed route concepts. No one is saying he had nothing to do with it. The reality is if we don't have Ensminger, Brady and Jorge Munoz + that roster it never happens.

Our guys made Brady a wealthy man. He hasn't sniffed success since then.

Because Ensminger didn’t care about the credit? Why put much into what O said? Especially something he was coining.

It was E’s offense with certain elements Brady brought over. It is ridiculously naive to believe that was all Brady. That entire 2019 offense was a mix of so many things coming together at the right time. Lots of Juniors and experience with talent. You could see flashes towards the end of 2018 in the A&M and UCF game. A lot of the elite playmakers in 18 were still inexperienced. The Oline was more experienced in 19 as well.

Also, if you want to get technical then why was Brady the passing coordinator/wr coach? Ensminger was the OC and QB coach. He structured that offense. Brady was still very raw when he came to LSU.

Why is he a good OC? Be specific.
He was brought to Carolina with a first time NFL HC and the offense had absolutely zero talent. Sometimes it’s not only about who you are but where you are. I expect the Bills offense to do well with him in charge.
