I agree. Ensminger made Joe Burrow a less accurate Danny Etling in 2018. Even in the UCF game I think it was just the talent showing through against a terrible defense, not something E did.

Maybe having Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, and Clyde made him look better than what he was.

He could certainly get more money from the college game at the moment but I bet he tries to stay in the league as a position coach or analyst.

Correct, Brady is sort of a scape goat for Rhule and a shite roster. Carolina was unstoppable on offense this year until McCaffery went down and Darnold’s IQ caught up with them. The plays being called in the field were good, execution is poor.

Joe Brady should be a WR coach and PGC for a bit. NFL OC was always ahead of his development. Too much too soon.

Burrow and all the studs on that 19 team made Brady and a lot people rich. Brady would have been average at best with this 21 team. The play calling he did at Carolina was atrocious. Don't think there's any way Kelly hires him and goes for more proven OC.
