Urban's a great coach. But he's never been a coordinator and doesn't call plays. His coordinators have never been "in name only."
Now certainly he will be very involved in the offense, but if Linehan is the OC, he will be calling plays.

Ok, I understand the idea of leaning towards people you've worked with or have some sort of connection to.
But when it leads you to Barry, you have a problem.
They need to do some analysis on net results and THEN see if any of the names remaining have some damn USC connection.
Results come first!
This infatuation with USC and Carroll has gone from being worrisome to downright a fricking major problem if they are looking at Joe Barry.
