Ask Oregon...we don’t throw around stupid money. Taggart came on the cheap.

I know where his end game is and it is LSU AD. He is next after Alleva.

If this is true...thank God. And, let's get Ponamsky on the job of running Alleva out quick, fast and in a hurry.

I don't know Scott, but my son is living in the house he's maintained in BR since he left, "in case he comes back"

The folks acting as if Jimbo turned LSU away last year are off base. We turned down his requests. Its neither here nor there though.
The bigger thing IMO is the expectations that he is a world beater. He shot the bed constantly with loaded rosters in the weak arse ACC. For all the hate O is receiving in this thread, he posted a far better record this season with pretty much equal talent and against a pretty even schedule with similar qb talent. Perception really is a mother fricker

Exactly what I said with my post a few days ago. Crazy money and terms.

Below is on his son’s condition. I have no idea if this is true or not but this is from Travis Johnson who played at FSU and was asked why he would leave for A&M

I have wanted Jimbo to be LSU's football coach since he was Saban's OC.

I always hoped he would "come home" and take over the program.

However, he looks tired and burned out and I'm not sure I would want him now.

If you get aggressive, fire-in-the-belly Jimbo, this will be a homerun. If you get fat-and-happy Jimbo, this will be a disaster for the Aggies.

He has an established physician in Tallahassee, now will have to transition to a new provider after all these years.

Now saying that's not possible, but most aren't willing to just pick another provider after great care has been established for years.

That rumor about his son getting treatment in Houston was debunked when LSU was trying to hire him. His son goes to Minnesota for treatment since it’s the best hospital in the country for his condition

Yeah and that’s what I think might prevent him from coming at the end of the day. If it’s true that they come to Houston for treatment though and those doctors could recommend others here it might make it easier.

keep in mind this is an LSU guy at AD making this hire for a&m.

I think Woodward pulls this off. then I want him to take over for Alleva when the time comes.

So this is all I care about in this thread really. WHEN will the time come???? WHEN!?!

Woodward thinks A&M should be competing for championships, both SEC and National, wow!
That's laughable.
