But he's leaving for a reason.
Because the FSU admin won't show the commit to football he is looking for. He's complained about not having a football complex all year

Their facilities are bad

Far different from before when he would deny it. Now it’s no decision has been made lol.

If he stays at FSU, I have every confidence that Woodward will get us a good coach. Having a real AD is helpful

Have there been any names mentioned as backup plans? The only one I’ve really seen mentioned is Morris, but that would be a huge leap from Jimbo to Chad Morris. There has to be at least a few names between the two.

Agreed. I always liked him when he was at LSU and thought highly of him. Lots of folks did.
Wish we knew what confidence in your AD felt like.

I’d be shocked if he stays at FSU. If he was going to stay he would have announced it by now

And FSU needs to tell him to go stuff himself.

Most fans on r/CFB want him gone. Tired of doing this every year

He is giving FSU a last second chance.

Things are done with Fisher, and have been for quite awhile. However, other names I've heard we'd go after are Fuente, and Patterson. Like I said, having a real AD is refreshing

Well he wasn’t dumb enough to give in to sextons crazy offer for jimbo. He’s not worth that kind of $. He’s a career 9-3 coaxh basically with tha exception of one year

Lol ok.
With the exception of this year, he is 78-17.
And if you want to talk about not being worth the $$, Ed Orgeron is not worth almost 4 million

Eric Hassletine, on the radio in Memphis, got that text message from a "reliable source."
10 years, $75 million. Probably announced Sunday. Take it for what it's worth, with all of this crazy info flying around.

Those are the numbers being floated by A&M sources as well

I'm guessing all of it guaranteed. 10 years 68-70 million all guaranteed is what was bandied about as Jimbo's price last year with LSU. Story goes Alleva didn't want to lock himself in like that after what happened with Les.
