He hates to recruit and isn't a very good evaluator it would seem seeing as UW's current linebackers, that he brought in, wear cement shoes.

All we want is the x's and o's. We need a complete revamp so we can hire recruiters. We've got history with those types, Aranda, Chavis etc.
