I wonder if the Bucs swoop in and go after Nic Caley, who is currently expected to go to the Jets with Glenn. Prior history with Baker in LA and from the same system although no playcalling experience. McVay is super high on him and the Pats offered him a lotta cash last year to be the OC and he was smart enough to avoid that trap.
