Pretty sure jumbo is owed 4.1, prib in part for winning it all. That moves him up a few spots.
Also you got to remember state income taxes are going to be diff for these guys. Like Florida, they have no state income tax. So jimbos taking his money home.

Kirk Ferentz at Iowa gets paid a lot.
I'm surprised that notre dame in this day and age can get away with paying a head coach anything less than 2mil. Not that Kelly's all that great but man how can an institution with all the stature and resources that they have rank 61 in head coach salary. Surely they aren't poorer than LSU.

A&M has a lot of construction etc. bills to pay and didn't want to let a "good" coach slip off to the NFL.
