Dillingham is a message board distraction. He will not be the hire even if its not lane.
People who run these searches can quickly look into his resume and find too many flaws at this point in his career.
You do not fire Brian Kelly and pay him an insane buyout to hire kenny dillingham whos offense is just as bad as ours is this season. Cant blame injuries we have had them too.

He was my pick weeks ago. He has since fallen under Marcus Freeman and Kiffin though. Would still love the pick.
