Unless something insane happens, the only other major job that’s potentially going to come open is UT. I don’t think Fickell takes an SEC job. Unless Harbs bails on Michigan after the NFL season, Fickell will be waiting at least another year on that Big 10 job he wants.
Cincy can always offer Freeman their head coaching job after a year or two here.

I also heard possibility of Associate HC title. Its basically Dave Aranda 2.0 as far as the structure and the understanding that he wants to be a HC one day. Fickell could very easily tell him to stick it out at Cincy and the job will be his and he wont have to move his family.

No because your scenario is stupid and doesn't even make sense. LSU would be offering double what ND is offering minimum and even in a harder conference, he gets better P5 offers similar to Aranda did. Aranda waited until he got the right offer and took it.
ND makes runs every few years like LSU only with worse talent and they get nowhere on those runs. LSU is the easier path to success loaded with more talent.
