He doesn't run the offense or defense, so I'm not sure how you'd know that.

It's not really a big deal as long as he hires good assistants. He has his influences all over the field but as far as I know, special teams is the only unit that he controls 100%

I haven't seen so much underutilized talent in a game in a long time. They could have run the QB draw every play against Tulane and won by more than 3. If he isn't coordinating the offense, he should fire himself for allowing that OC to be there.
