Typically only out of respect for the coach's current school.
When the coach doesn't currently have a job, and the NCAA just enacted an early signing period, they have no reason to wait.

Nope, I'm sticking with what I said yesterday this search is a mess with way to many cooks in the kitchen. Charlie Strong will be the Head Coach at UF next year, then in about 4 maybe 5 years we'll be doing this all again. Our football program may never be back, so frustrating.

If it's not Kelly or Frost, Stricklin needs to be canned.
He met with Kelly's agent yesterday. So there's obviously play for it and interest on both sides.
So if he fricks it up and lets Spurrier's opinion get in the way, then frick him.
I just want this saga to be over with so I can go back to work. I feel like I haven't done much work this week.

The guy everybody was saying was Kelly's agent was really the pilot of the plane. He had a Gator belt buckle for goodness sakes. That entire thing was propagated from a insider thread on Gator country that I was following the whole time. There is no real evidence Kelly's agent was in town. If there is I haven't seen it anywhere.

Doesn't make sense. Every report I read is it WAS his agent. I guess they could have dropped Stricklin off there though?

There is a plane that looks to be headed back to teterboro right now but we have no real clue who's on it and why. Could be Stricklin could be the medical side moving inventory there is no telling without some guessing.

Every strong inside source has been with the Kelly is coming train. I doubt they all got together in a group meeting and said let's push false narrative.
The guys who are actually putting these out are pretty viable posters and insiders. Sure there are fake ones but you don't care about those. We all denied Mac being fired Saturday, all denied the CC scandal when they reported it. Now, it's time to trust the guys who know whats going on.

It's really not. There is a very small team around Stricklin making the decision. Foley, Spurrier, etc. are on the outside looking in.
