He'd do well at a school like Arkansas

-Mid level talent, but has the offensive scheme to make them look good.
-Low expectations, doesn't have to win 8 or 9 games every year
-Crazy fan base

Yep, I agree with this assessment.

That was an epic meltdown at the end of that game. 3 Fumbles,. Not running any time off the cllock when they had the ball placed with the 25 second clock running. Pitiful clock management at the end of the 1st half.

Total Fail in closing out the game. When you have a 15 point lead with 4 minutes to go and lose by 3, you don't deserve SEC consideration.

Yeah.

Leach is the kind of guy everyone is always like "He's good and gets pretty good results with lesser talent! Why is his name never mentioned for big time jobs?".

Then ask that same person, "You want Leach for YOUR team?".

And they are all, "OH HELL NO!".

Everyone thinks Leach should get a shot at a big time program, just someone else's big time program.

Meh, it was definitely a meltdown, but he has still accomplished more than many SEC coaches

Like Holgerson and all other pass happy coaches, he just wants to score and doesn't value defense. And his offenses are not balanced. Mid-tier coach at best.

Holgorsen isn't really "pass happy," his offense average out to 45/55 run/pass

In SEC play, the largest 2nd half lead blown was 10 points (Auburn this year)

Even Mike Sherman didn't blow a 21-point 2nd half lead against a Sun Belt school

yes, he's won championships whereever he's been. he's such a defensive genius.

his teams score lots of points and can upset some teams but the guy is a flag football genius.

I would love to see Leach in the SEC. If for nothing else entertainment value. I am thinking Ole Miss after Hugh Freeze self destructs next year.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall and have those three there having a few beers.

That's a basket full of crazy.

If I'm not mistaken, he was offensive coorindator at Kentucky under Mumee

He was. I wanted him when the UK position opened up, but he had already been hired at Wazzu and I don't know that he would've gotten a call because of his connection with Mumme (who put UK on probation).
