If y'all don't get Herman, how would you feel about Chip Kelly?

Chip Kelly?

My #1 target last year.

My #1 target this year.

Tom Herman looks like a once in a decade type coaching talent just ready for a big job to prove himself.

Chip Kelly already was a once in a decade coaching talent, and he'll come back to college even better than he left it.

Kelly (#1a) / Herman (#1b) -- Jimbo #2, and then the names fall off of a cliff.

Ive wanted Chip at UF for years. Great playcaller and can do some damage at a school like UF or LSU

I'm on board. I've always been a fan of Chip.

I don't feel his offensive style would work in SEC football. He is more PAC-12 style.

Never know, but he has only beaten a bad Tennessee team a few years ago.

haha yeah. Lost to Auburn with Cam Newton and got beat up on by LSU. Great coach, but don't feel he fits in the SEC. He would be great in Big 12 though at Texas. I really hope Texas fires Charlie Strong because I never felt he was a great hire just because they couldn't pull Nick Saban.

Lost to Auburn by a knee not touching the ground

Lost to LSU

Lets not forget guys that LSU and Auburn had pretty good talent. Especially LSU vs the 2-3 star players Chip had at Oregon

Exactly. Some of these posters are acting like he'll have those Oregon recruits on his team Chip Kelly with LA athletes would be scary.

He'll be back at Oregon I bet after next year. Or Alabama if Saban retires

If chip was actually an option, he immediately jumps Herman and Jimbo.

Can you imagine him with LSU talent?

Also would love to see he and saban coaching against each other.
