If the sun sets on today (12-11) and Saban is not at a podium with a red A on it

Then I will actually change my thought and say he's going.
At this point, in my opinion, Bama's AD needs to call Nicky and say press conference it is..
Way too much smoke. If this does not happen.. Adios it will be.

I agree. He should at least release and "official statement"

Very insightful. Because this board cares deeply about changing your mind.

Agree with that. Either he is going to Texass or putting the vice on Bama's nuts for contract negotiations. Either way this looks bad. Bama deserves a little better treatment than this.

The silence from Saban and his agent is very strange.

Every second Nicky doesn't step up to the podiium, there's an AD out there trying to devise an additional plan to increase salary offers.

He's not going to say anything until Bama ponies up the money. At the end of the day I think he stays but losing that one game shows how fickle the fan base can be and it does get frustrating as a coach that seasons are defined as a failure without a title. If it's title or bust, then why not entertain Texas to win back the fan base and to get more money.

I don't think Saban and Battle are worried about message boards. Just my opinion though.
