The only fit for Belichick is an organization that is in shambles and can't get out of their own way. One where the culture sucks.

Because Bill is going to come in scorched earth and shite on your culture and most of the organization, including the entire existing front office.

Why would KC want to do that to themselves?

They’d probably promote Spags or Matt Nagy

Then install a differently fricked organizational culture.

Bill would only stick around to break the all-time wins records, so 3 years?

Maybe this would be the time for Eric Bieniemy to get a head coach gig. Bring him back to KC

Honestly a team needs to be desperate to hire Belichick. If the organization is just awful and needs someone to come in and teach them how to organize it top to bottom then you call him, but it's not long term. Everyone in the organization that is fire-able would probably be fired by him to start.
