He communicates with millennials in a way other coaches don't...whether it be recruiting, motivating, or teaching. He's the real deal y'all.

I wouldn't mind it. I wouldn't mind the guy from Colorado either honestly, especially if Jimbo or Herman don't come.

Fleck may be a great option, but please get out of here with that "only option" crap.

Bob Stoops (insane not to contact him)
Chip Kelly (same)
McIntyre

There are other options.

Agreed. 100%. I know he doesn't have a ton of experience as a HC, but results don't lie, even at a dumpster fire like WMU. Taking a 1-win team to an undefeated season in a recruiting wasteland like Michigan is borderlined unthinkable. Like Rainman kind of shite.

oh god would you shut the frick up about fleck. you say some version of "he communicates with millennials in a way other coaches don't" every time and its a meaningless statement, its the kind of vague shite you say when theres nothing actually good to say.

theres a new pj fleck every single year, odds are he'll be brady hoke in 5 years.

I would put Fedora and Gundy above him just because they have proven themselves against tougher competition but he definitely has a bright future.

You know something is wrong when HamBone agrees with you.

I've been a big fan of Fleck for awhile too. I would love for him to be in the running with Jimbo and Herman. Those are my top 3 for sure. I would be happy with any of them.

Dumb. He is trying to get the Perdue gig. Not a candidate worthy for LSU

fine, show me the "communicates with millennials" rankings for HCs and if pj fleck is number one i'll gladly concede your point.

its not a real thing, its something a PR firm says, saban is 65, he doesnt need jordans and snapchat to coach and recruit.

Not a candidate worthy of LSU? Last I heard, LSU's former coach has been peacocking like an a-hole to get the dumb "Perdue" job.
