If I'm BIll Cowher and want to get back into Coaching... (Chiefs related)

I'm jumping all over the Chiefs opportunity. They have crazy talent all over the place. They caught a lot of bad breaks with injuries this year so hopefully they'll be near 100% going into next season. Cassell is a decent enough qb to win right now. The fan base and stadium is an awesome atmosphere. I think the Chiefs job is on the top of the pecking order in the NFL this offseason IMO

Chiefs are a good coach away from being a very good team. If I'm Cowher I listen to them as well if they call.

This isn't directed at you but it's like A good GM, A good Coach.... is it just too fricking simple to just know thats its in both of their mutual interest to work with eachother? v

Sorry, but I probably should've clarified that better 
I primarily was thinking in terms of how they do things. Obviously, Pioli was in the Parcells/Belichick and Cowher had his own way of things in Pittsburgh. I'm not saying they couldn't work with each other, but just thinking about how things would be run. Also, I would have to imagine Cowher is going to want a good portion of decision-making if he were to go back to football.
Of course, those two would be a nice tandem and a coach is something that needs to be addressed as they do have some solid pieces to work with in KC.

I know what you were saying. I was just ranting off about these big dogs in general always wanting to do things their way with no help and usually end up failing. Look at the success Payton and Mickey and numerous other examples. These guys egos get in the way of their own success often.

Miami will give him full control if he wants to return. And Miami >> KC .... not that it matters to a NFL HC who sleeps in the office.

the best NFL job will be determined by where they are drafting in the first rd. cassell is not long term. neither is matt moore. its all about getting barkley or griffin or jones.

Cowher to KC would be a dream come true! Unfortunately, they wouldn't pay Cowher what he's worth.
